    The Skyhawks could not get their shots to fall in in the first round matchup with Daley, trailing by as many as 11 in the first half.  The Skyhawks led at the half by 3 , 27-24.  But again in the second half the Skyhawks struggled from the field and with 5:40 to go in the game Sauk Valley trailed the Bulldogs by 7, 40-47. But the Skyhawks refused to blink, regaining the lead with 3 minutes to go on a steal by Sean Burress and didn't give the lead back, winning by 6, 62-56.  Leading the way for the Skyhawks were Kabine Kaba with a 21 pt., 20 rebound double double, Sean Burress with 15 pts., and Jordan Brown with 11 pts.  The Skyhawks advance to the Region IV Semi-finals on Thursday March 7 and take on the host Highland Cougars at 7:00 pm.  Go Skyhawks!
